Biography
Sarvapriya Sangwan was born on 16 December in Rohtak, Haryana. She received her primary education from a school called Jyoti Prakash Public School, Rohtak. After giving the 12th board examination, she started preparing for the medical entrance exam and passed it in the first attempt. Subsequently, he took a BDS course at Government Dental College in Rohtak, Haryana. Sarvapriya received a master’s degree in journalism from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. In an interview, Sarvapriya stated that she had a keen interest in law studies since childhood, due to which he decided to study law. She likes to participate in poetry conferences.

Career
After becoming a dentist, her father encouraged him to go into the field of journalism. Due to which she decided to join NDTV Media Institute in New Delhi. After that, Sangwan did a diploma in journalism at NDTV Media Institute. Due to which he got the opportunity to work with the famous Hindi journalist, Ravish Kumar. She has also worked with the research team of Ravish Kumar’s show- Prime Time. At NDTV, she served as an anchor from September 2011 to August 2017. She was first seen in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections when she did media reporting with Ravish Kumar. In September 2017, Sarvapriya left NDTV and started working at the BBC World Service as a Broadcast Journalist.
